Our English-speaking Villa Manager can arrange any trips, tours, transfers or car hire that you need. Or just to give you advice on the best places to go, and things to see. All our villas have free unlimited broadband wifi, satellite TV and music systems. For extra convenience, we also provide towels, toiletries and all linens.

For 15 years we have been working in Bali Villa Management. Starting with our own villas before expanding and assisting other owners with their villas. During that time we have learnt through experience what works and what does not in Bali. Villa management can be a time consuming job for any owner, however we have accumulated a team of experienced and high quality staff, to oversee and manage all aspects of your villa management.
We are a bit unusual though in that we too are villa owners, and so we think like villa owners, and not like a management company. We manage and market all our villas in the same way – the way you would want your villas to be run as an owner.
We genuinely care about managing and controlling costs, while at the same time ensuring that our villas and in particular the staff are looked after because that is what we as owners want for our own villas too.

Daily housekeeping included
Our villa managers are local experts able to give you advice and guidance on the best things to see and do whilst staying with us.
All our villas have full menus, and provide restaurant-quality meals at just the cost of actual groceries plus a small uplift.
All our Bali villas have private fresh-water pools and several have jacuzzis or shallow pools ideal for kids
The bedrooms at all our Bali villas have their own ensuite bathrooms. Fresh linens, Towels, soaps and shampoo are all included.
All our villas have a minimum internet speed of 25 MB/s (and most have 100 MB/s) and smart TVs so guests can connect to Netflix/YouTube and more.
