Standard Rates and Discounts

The Standard Rates for all our villas are below.

We also offer the following Standard Discounts on these rates (highest discount only applies)

Weekly Discount (7 nights or more) – 15%
Monthly Discount (28 nights or more) – 30%
Last Minute Discount (for stays within next 28 nights) – 40% to 50% discount.

Discounts are applied to the Standard Rate, but do not apply to Cleaning Fees or Extra Person charges. Please contact us for more details and for an accurate quote.

In addition we are also offering Special COVID-19 Last Minute IDR Only rates to local guests based in Bali or Indonesia. See section below

Special Last Minute COVID-19 Rates

Currently we are offering special last minute local rates in IDR from as little as just IDR 1.5 million/night for last minute bookings for stays within the next 28 days.

We are also offering all inclusive stays of a month or longer at our villas from rates as low as IDR 30 million/month as well.

Services of our dedicated team of staff including in-villa chef/cook (excluding Villa Daksina and Villa Amanie currently)
6 seater Avanza car and driver for up to 8 hours per day (Villa Wiljoba, Villa Rosita and Villa Champa only BUT not for special last minute rates)
One cot bed, and one extra bed. For additional beds/cots an extra hire fee will apply
Pool Fence and Stair Gates (Villa Leana, Villa Rene and Villa Champa only)
Children aged 4 and under sleeping in parents bed

With Secluded Bali Villas you get what you see, so our rates are all inclusive and include all taxes, unlimited tea, coffee and water, and the exclusive use of the villa facilities and the services of the dedicated staff for the duration of your stay including a cook, housekeeper and general manager who also is able to provide a concierge service and help you in arranging trips, tours, massages or anything else that you need. Our rates also include free unlimited internet access via fibre-optic cable, and international satellite TV as standard.

Our rates however do not include airport transfers or car hire (unless specifically mentioned as for Villa Rosita, Villa Champa and Villa Wiljoba) however we are happy to arrange these for you with companies that we have used many times that have safe, English-speaking drivers, and modern cars with seat belts and child seats (which we have provided to them). Our rates also do not include any additional food or drink at the villa, or extra services such as massages, tours or trips.

Minimum Stay

Our Minimum Stay is
– 2 nights in low and mid seasons (except for Villa Wiljoba)
– 2 nights in high season (and low and mid for Villa Wiljoba)
– 3 nights in peak season.

There is no minimum stay for bookings to arrive within the next month, or adjacent to an existing booking.

Large Groups

There are additional accommodation options at Villa Wiljoba that mean that it can accommodate up to 18 adults, in up to 9 separate rooms, all with separate bathroom facilities. Please inquire for more details.

In addition:

Villa Anjani and Villa Talia Vashti are neighbours, and can be rented together (Total 8 bedrooms for up to 18 adults and 20 guests)
Villa Leana and Villa Amanie are neighbours, and can be rented together (Total 8 bedrooms for up to 20 guests)
Villa Rene and Villa Daksina are 100m from each other and can be rented together (Total 7 bedrooms, for up to 15 guests)
Villa Rosita and Bougain Villa are 200m from each other and can be rented together (Total 11 bedrooms for up to 26 guests)
