Well we can run off a long list of reasons (as we have below and elsewhere on the website) but the real reason is that we do aim to make the booking experience, and indeed the whole of your stay in Bali, a personal one.
We really know our villas, and so we can provide you with far more information, advice, help and assistance than any agent ever could. Also you will deal exclusively with our small marketing team, which includes Tom (who often deals with enquiries) and Rene (who often will handle the logistics for your arrival).
More than that we have been staying in Bali for many years now, and even if our own villas are not quite right for you, or are just not available, we are more than happy to still help you find the villa and holiday experience that does work for you.
No question is too stupid, or too much trouble, and we are happy to answer any number of questions or concerns that you have(and have spent many many emails and phone calls doing so) even if they are not related to our villas.

We don’t list hundreds of villas that we have never even seen and then use local staff to answer your questions who have never stayed at a villa. All our villas are personally and regularly inspected by us every 6 to 8 weeks and our enquiry staff are all native English speakers who have actually stayed at the villas and so know and understand what you need and want and can answer your queries immediately.
All the information on the villas listed here is correct and up to date because they are our villas! We monitor and update our availability every hour; update our listings immediately there is a change at the villa and our rates are always the latest and most up to date rates, particularly our special offers which are always listed here first.
We personally manage all of the villas listed and so all enquiries, even from other sites will still come through to our team here. Rates on other sites will therefore always be the same or more than our rates (unless a site has listed our villas illegally), and so booking with us, not only guarantees you the lowest rates, but also means you are talking to the people who know the villas best.
All our villas have the services of a good hotel, but are more personal, private and flexible. Housekeeping and meals and drinks are available when you want and the villa manager will help you find great things to do & sort out anything else you need. For families there is free babysitting, and many of our villas have family friendly safety features such as pool fences & stair gates.
