Our Bali Villa Marketing Service is the main service that we offer to Bali villa owners – so what is it?
Basically in our Marketing Service, we handle all the activities required for guests to find and book your Bali villa.
Firstly we work with owners to identify, highlight and promote the features that will attract guests to stay at your Bali villa. So we create (and regularly update) the Marketing Materials for your Bali villa such as photos, videos, reels, posts, websites and online listings.
Secondly our experienced Sales Team handles all guest enquiries, questions, complaints and refunds for you, many of which happen out of normal office hours.
After guests arrive at the villa, then Owners can either choose to handle everything themselves, or we can provide our Bali Villa Management Services for owners. This includes handling of accounts, bills and petty cash, staff employment and training, and Villa Operations and Maintenance.

Our Bali Villa Marketing Service is extremely personal and specific to you and your villa.
We are villa owners ourselves, and so we designed our Bali Villa Marketing Service specifically as we would have wanted it ourselves as Villa Owners.
Many large Bali Villa Management companies only promote their brand, not the individual villas of each owner.
We are different, we set up (and regularly update) Social Media accounts, Listings and a Website in your villa’s name.
We create and grow the online reputation of your specific villa, not ourselves.
We limit the number of villas that we look after to no more than 20 villas.
One of the main reasons is so that we can provide a personal and bespoke Marketing service specifically tailored for each of our individual villa owners.
This is just impossible if a company handles dozens (or even hundreds of villas).
By limiting the number of villas we look after, our team can really get to know your villa in detail.
All our team will regularly visit and inspect your villa, and this detailed knowledge means that we can quickly and correctly respond to guest questions, and also ensure that always correctly advertise your villa, so only the guests you want stay.
Unlike other companies, we do not work with other agents’ villas – we only focus on getting bookings for our owners’ villas.
If we do not get the booking for your villa, we do not get a booking at all. All our effort is focused on getting bookings for your villa – not others.
Because of the personal connection with you and your villa, we can work with you to suggest improvements or additions to your villa that increase its marketability / attractiveness for guests.
This is particularly true if you have a new villa under construction, when the opportunity to optimise your villa’s marketability is greatest, but almost every villa has cost-effective options to increase guest bookings.
We carry out extensive and regular analysis of the specific competitors to your villa.
Every week we review rates, occupancy, discounts and promotions and make changes as required to optimise your villa’s competitive position in the market.
Again, this level of adaptability and quick response is only possible because we limit the number of villas we look after, and because we really know your villa.
If you decide in the future to take on Marketing your villa yourself, that is fine. Unlike other companies we will transfer to you all Intellectual Property that we have created, including photos, videos, social media accounts and more.
We of course want you to stay though – and typically our owners stay with us for years as they realise and appreciate the benefits of our personal service.
